1. How many panes of glass do you have in your home?
We define pane as any piece of glass with a frame around it. So a side-by-side window, such as in a bedroom, is counted as two panes.
3. Do you have Standard Glass or French Pane Glass? See here for glass types
2. How long it has been since the windows were professionally cleaned. If it is longer than you can remember, then we would say that it’s time! We also need to know if there is construction debris like paint or caulking that needs to be removed.
3. What style of home do you have?
- Condo or an Apartment: how many stories is your condo or apartment ?
- Tract Style Home: a home with the same floor plan as other homes in the neighborhood.
- Traditional Home: an older style home (often with single pane glass, basements, or french pane windows)
- Garden Style Home: They are attached to other homes or they often share a wall
